★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so exciting and welcoming. They offer lessons for kids and families, schools. Very reasonable prices. Some cool skulls in the gumball machine. Staff is friendly, attentive, accommodating. Great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was the grossiest store ive ever been in, the cages where severely dirty, the aquariums were not very well kept. As soon as you walk in it the stench is overpowering. The staff however are super friendly and accommodating, they just need to upkeep the cages/aquariums a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful place. The owner and staff and extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions. They take wonderful care of their animals! If looking for a reptile or invertebrate I highly recommend them. They offer wonderful classes either one on one or in a group that will teach you to care for and understand these wonderful creatures. A great shop!

I was having trouble getting it to eat. Amber made some suggestions, and they worked on the first try! Thank you Amber for your advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to shop at ? if you want to learn about / adopt a great selection of reptiles, critters and more . The level of care put into the animals and knowledge of each species is beyond what you will see in most stores catered to pets. My husband and I have gone to The Reptile Room for years and are never disappointed and always learn new things every time we visit. Highly recommend and extremely appreciative of everything they do here . Cheers
