The level of expertise, detail and communication with Jamie in the design stage was outstanding. The installers and finishers were top notch. We would highly recommend Old World and Eds team to anyone.
Absolute quality all the way around.
You truly do receive what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an interior designer they were unresponsive and did not have the ability to design the package design that I had developed for my client. We had to drop everything and go with their designs because they were not flexible with creating new designs. At the end of the day I prefer to design my own projects. The client had to take over the discussions with them since they did not respond otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our designer changed ½ way through the project and the "new" fellow couldn't seem to stay focused on OUR expectations.
They were fairly attentive during the design and install phase, but once they received their last payment, we never heard from them again; no follow up, nothing.
The installer was a bit of a brute and left a mess downstairs. Said he could complete in one day....took three.
Wouldn't recommend to a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality and craftsmanship but good design. Water damage just from wiping down kitchen cabinets in the corners of the door inlays. The warranty is only for 1 year and that’s for the original owner… the house is 5years old and we are the second owners of this nice custom Sucasa designed home. Their lack of willingness to help us and stand by their product is terrible.
