We had a complete bathroom renovation done by Chris and team. They started 8/11 and were done by 8/15 - we were very impressed with their process and thrilled with the outcome. Chris and his crew were very professional, polite, and respectful. They worked quickly and quietly and I am very pleased with the results of their workmanship in my ensuite bathroom. I am having them back to renovate my hall bathroom.

We had Chris and his team remove tub and install shower and tiles in the bathroom, and put new backsplash in the kitchen, The finished job looks incredible, the workers were extremely neat and tidy and finished the job ahead of schedule. I highly recommend their services.

We are beyond pleased with our recent home renovation led by Chris alongside Kevin and Jonny. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. Being a very meticulous and detail oriented person, I am thrilled to have worked with Chris who has shown utmost professionalism, sharpness, and care in our home project. A few stellar points to mention: PROFESSIONAL - from the proposal decks, planning meetings, the digital progress portal (yes! they have such a thing!), and communication, the whole journey of our home renovation has been treated with respect, intelligence and experience. COMPASSIONATE - there were a few extra non-project related things in our home that broke down simultaneous to our project time. For example, our furnace broke down on one of the colder evenings. Chris managed to call up a colleague who is a certified Lennox technician to come and assist us with the furnace fix when our own company wouldn't send a technician out despite it being an emergency call for a -15C overnight. This shows how well connected and respected this team is in the industry. Note: it was this colleague's day off (!!) and he still came to service our furnace thanks to Chris! PUNCTUAL - a diligent team that shows up on time always, and sometimes even a bit earlier just to give our space extra prep before work starts. The project was not only done within the proposed timeline, it was done early and by no means was any of the work rushed. The team was super efficient and exercised a really good approach to prioritizing workload and sequence of construction, which resulted in a delightful surprise when the project was done ahead of schedule. And mind you, we had bigger items, such as a full stairwell that was part of the project. WOW! We look forward to our next renovation project for Chris, Kevin and Jonny to be back soon. I feel like when you are blessed with such a great team, you share a collective experience on what feels like a collaboration on your home, rather than a mere business transaction. Chris, Kevin and Jonny really graced us with their superior craftsmanship and friendship. Thank you :)

We needed someone to come and install a railing inside our home. Chris and his team were quick to respond to our request. Due to the pandemic, we had very limited physical interaction, but he made himself available via phone and text for the initial plans. The team came and installed the railing (spindles and post included) the first day. After they completed the job Chris went over it with us to address any concerns. They worked with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied and we are. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris and his crew from T-Roc Renovation. Chris at all times promptly replied to my texts and answered any questions I had. I was impressed when they arrived on the first day right on time (actually 10 minutes before 9:00AM), The project (complete bathroom renovation) was completed one day earlier. TROC did our kitchen renovation about 7 years ago. While not the cheapest, we decided to hire them to remodel 2 bathrooms and a powder room based on experience and their 10 year warranty. Chris W and his crew were very professional, courteous, and efficient We liked that they gave us practical suggestions and options when the original plan did not work out as we expected, such as, changing directions of floor tiles placements, adding caulking to fix a gap between 2 pcs of quart;z . Chris also went beyond to help us fix the backsplash of one of our vanities (that's another story to tell..) Our renovations were completed in 10 (!) days. We are very happy with the finished bathrooms. Definitely would recommend them to friends and will use them again for our next project.

I absolutely love my new bathroom! To save costs, I sourced all the fixtures, the free-standing tub and the vanity (not included in the $13,500 cost). T-Roc provided the tiles, installed pot lights, an exhaust fan and made a custom glass shower door. Workmanship was terrific and performed in a timely manner. The end result is quite lovely!
