Our Classes
Brazilian Jiu JitsuBrazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is ground fighting, grappling, with submissions, control, and proper weight distribution. This is the premiere martial art for self defence for all. BJJ is also a great way to get in shape while learning crucial self defence skills. We offer programs for both traditional BJJ in a Gi and modern BJJ NOGI. We offer BJJ classes 6 days a week with black belt level instruction.

The class times are flexible if you're a shift worker and the membership is affordable. Come in and try the free class and you'll be addicted.
