★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tom and his movers moved the piano fine... but they broke a window while they were moving my piano... and didnt tell me about it. i didnt notice until i got home. now tom wont return my calls. i dont know what kind of piano movers a) break a window, b) dont say anything about it, c) wont return my calls, wont fix it. between the cost of the piano move and the broken window it cost me over $800. i want the $40 tip back. and a window repair. totally dishonest. so disappointed.

I asked the company to move two 1 piece slate bar pool tables - probably some of the most awkward and heaviest tables to move. The job got done with no problems. The crew as easy to work with and professional. I would highly recommend The Piano movers! A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I called and described my piano and they said they would have to send three men to move my type of piano. Well they showed up (late) with only two people and still charged me for three men. Caused damage to my piano and tried to claim it was pre-existing even though I insisted they inspect the piano for damage before the move and they said it was fine. This was my childhood piano that my father gifted to me and he kept it in perfect condition. They finally said they would send their furniture repair guy but they never bothered to follow up. When I called them about it, they did not answer. I left three voicemails, but they never returned my calls. They also damaged my hardwood floors because they failed to cover my floor with blankets. A very unprofessional company. I don't know how they claim to be Vancouver's #1 piano mover. I would NOT recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them last year for a move. Took them a week to get back to me. Did a good job on the move and the price was fair. Went to call them this year but they don't answer emails, phone calls, or website inquiries. Not sure if the business is shut down or if they are just really bad at getting back to consumers. They have an address for their location on the north shore bit it is very outdated. Giving it one star because I don't think they exist anymore ....? And the fact that they are really bad at communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended to the piano movers from a friend who had her beloved grand sold while downsizing into an apartment. She said they were amazing and she was right! I requested the same 3 movers who helped her and they took extra care by wrapping everything twice. Very happy with how experienced they were as I was very worried something would go wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give The Piano movers a 10 star review out of 5, I would! I have used Tom and his crew 3 times now and they always go above and beyond with making the move seamless and fast. They are incredibly affordable and also do a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 121 year old upright piano to be moved. I got a response incredibly fast to my request for a quote and they were able to fit in the move the next morning. The three movers were professional, taking every care to mind the floor, walls and furniture, but especially the piano that arrived safe and sound at its destination. Both myself and the recipient are very appreciative.
