Informed that the colour match would have to be a custom mix and gave all the details pertaining as our trim was all custom coloured from a cabinet company that went out of business. June 5 - received a call “the ladies and I think we have a pretty close match”. I informed sorry it needs to be a custom match and not off the shelf. Was told well you’ll have to wait till next week now. Told them that was fine. We’re now 3 weeks later and nothing has come of this but frustration. no follow ups even after 3 left messages and not one return call. Today when I called they at least found the trim that was left and I can pick up (told from the beginning I needed it back as it was taken from the best piece in the house to match it from. I left Without a colour match because the first lady I left it with NEVER actually did anything with it after being told a 3rd time on June 5th it absolutely needed to be a custom colour match! Definatly NOT RECOMMENDED!
J	Jody Christine D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benjamin Moore rebranded their Natura line because of a copyright issue, replacing it with EcoSpec. The Paint Stop sold me UltraSpec 500 which is cheap, garbage paint. They had no EcoSpec in stock wnd simply lied to make a sale. As a result, I have had a massive headache for a week, as the UltraSpec is high of chemicals. Don't trust these people. They do not know their product.
