★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a paint sprayer through Amazon and the item went missing during shipping. Contacted The paint people through Amazon message us link...and heard back the next day. Of course a investigation with the shipping company had to be done to try locate item, the item could not be located, so the Paint people quickly refunded my original purchase and at my request re-ordered and shipped out new item. Great to deal with and will definitely have my business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a realtor which decided to try The Paint People location on Eglinton and Dixie for the first time. Was directed by the knowledgeable staff on what I would need to get the results done. Pricing was excellent for quality Benjamin Moore paint but what stood out most was the service and patience I received from Nicholas and store location manager Matt. Even when my paint colour was slightly off they offered to take time adjust the color for accuracy . Definetly worth stopping here before going to any big box retailer for paint. Thank you for earning my long term business.
