★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative experience. While Dr. Gorman seems capable at what he does i found the desk clerk to be so toxic, that i felt uncomfortable going to the clinic. This had a negative impact on my icbc claim and so i simply changed physiotherapists. I talked to Dr.Gorman about the desk clerk and i was told i was not the first person to put in a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE!!! I missed an appt with a legitimate excuse and this office tried to run the appt price through my extended medical I have from work without authorization from me - couldn't believe it!!! I'd like them to show where it's written they can charge for missed appts. Furthermore, the 20 min appt Cory charges for is more like 10-15 min. max for IMS. This guy is making money hand over fist and I'm not sure where he found his receptionist either!

After a surgery my neck was completely forward and now after treatment with Cory my neck is way straighter I don’t have the pain I had I take nothing for pain and at one point I was on 64 mg of dilaudid a day now I take nothing and I go for IMS once a week . So thankful for the treatment and the results I totally recommend it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for a massage. The therapist was very nice, but inexperienced (she was certified in 2019) and it was evident in the treatment. I assumed the practitioner would be experienced because it was a pain clinic, so the assumption was my fault. This was also the most expensive massage I've ever had, which given the lack of experience came as quite a shock. Because of this I would not recommend at this time.
