She was extremely easy to work with, great at communicating with us (always quick to respond to my calls and emails), took care of all the details (including recommending storage insurance companies and even printing out their phone numbers and addresses for us), and delivered our storage boxes to our new home safely and quickly with only two days' notice after we had to unexpectedly move our moving date up a week. I really can't say enough good things. She will look after you!

I can't say enough about how great Bev was from the first time I called to inquire about storage rates and options right through until I moved my possessions and my car eight months later. Bev runs that place like a swiss watch and she does an outstanding job. I highly recommend this facility for everything you need stored. All the positive reviews are accurate and then some!

Everything from pods to self storage to RV storage. 1st time seeing it and will definitely be renting from them.
R	Randy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer since they opened the new lot on Lower Glenrosa Rd a little over a year ago and in that time, my rate increased 20%. I'm sure they have their reasons but for me, that's too much of an increase in such a relatively short time so I decided to go elsewhere. Edit: My apologies. I have edited my comment and increased my rating to what I hope is more appropriate. I miswrote the three different rates as three rate increases when it was one actual increase and one upcoming increase notification that made me decide to terminate. Either way, it was going to be a 20% increase and I don't have any other contracts or bills that increased anywhere near that much over the same period.
S	Shawn Marshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to store! Had a spot at their Glenrosa yard for a few months before they raised the rent,was already way overpriced to begin with. I had always paid early using my business account e transfer(except the first month I used my credit card) since I was storing a business utility trailer,for some reason they were confused the final month and charged my personal visa without authorization.I had notified them of the mistake and asked for my personal visa to be credited,they said they would credit it to next months rent,which wasnt what I asked for. I asked several times for my personal card to be credted the unauthorzed charge which they would not reverse I asked again and told them I would be leaving and they responded with they could not credit my card until I signed a lease and a authorization to charge my credit card,saying I should have done this when I first rented,which I had not and was never asked to do. Very unprofessional!

Excellent staff especially Kim at the Royal Oak, MI location. She made everything go as smooth as possible given my circumstances and really appreciate her professional attitude and great personality. Thanks again Kim!
