A	Amber Leigh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked in with the junior stylist Brooklyn after just kinda walking in off the street to start the process of lightening my hair. I’m glad I did! I was really impressed with her patience(over 4hrs in her chair??)and the results so far. I think she took excellent care of my hair and made decisions based on keeping that in mind. Her price was very reasonable and I’m really excited to go back to see what we do next! A good style/colourist is hard to find...except at this salon. It’s got a friendly vibe...one of those places where you don’t have to force small talk though which was great. It was nice to just sit there for a bit with a coffee while Brooklyn did her thing. I love the products that they use as well. Everything smelt amazing. They’re a bit pricey, but that’s too be expected when you’re buying quality stuff instead of drugstore brands.

The service was customized to our unique needs and although I have had many facials I have to say this is without a doubt one of the best I have ever had. I cannot recommend Caitlin enough her many years of experience, professionalism and lovely demeanour made this an exceptional experience.

Caitlin was so lovely to chat with and the service was incredibly relaxing and customized to my skin. I left glowing and feeling so refreshed! The new Natural Salon is a lovely, welcoming space nestled in the heart of Cook St Village with windows looking out onto the tree lined street. My appointment was with Brooklyn A. and she did an amazing job––the cut and head of highlights she gave me are gorgeous and I've been feeling confident and more myself since. I just left the salon today after meeting new owners Natalie & Philip and what an incredible experience! The positive energy in this space is palpable. Amazing customer service! Philip brought over a new magic concoction K18 Mask to help repair my blond hair and I can’t wait to try it. I highly recommend Judy & this salon.

I hadn’t had a hair cut in almost 2 years because of this. She listened to exactly what I wanted but was also very knowledgeable in what would look best and the end result was my favourite haircut I’ve ever gotten! So happy to finally find someone I jive with and it’s really nice they use natural products. The salon was really nice and very clean too. 10/10 :)
