★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Nas Group (Nas and Gurpinder) was an amazing team to work with! My family and I met with over 5 different real estate teams in search for the best team to list our property and this team stood out from the rest. The property sold above list price and above our expectations. However, what really set this team apart was:
1) Their knowledge of real estate (they brought up things about the property that no other realtor even mentioned)
2) They were very friendly and answered promptly to messages
3) Gave a realistic valuation range of the property (not under evaluating for a quick sale and not over evaluating to get your business)
4) They have superb negotiating skills when there are 2+ buyers placing offers on the property. They know how to pit those buyers against each other, which is exactly what a seller wants to obtain the best price.
5) The actual quality of the photos/virtual tour of the listing was extremely well-done. Their connection to a great stager was also very beneficial in making our property look its best.
If you are going to list a property, the market at the time does play a big role, but the Nas Group will give your property its best chance to achieve top dollar and it is a super fun experience working with this group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first started our real estate journey with Gurpinder, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He showed that by his understanding of the market and how to maneuver it. When we viewed a property G would look for signs of problems, explain the pros and cons, etc. G also handled the negotiations going back and forth amazingly to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. If you're looking for a realtor, G's the one to use.

Jack was very knowledgeable and made a lot of effort to answer every question I had and to resolve any issue that arose in amongst the process of negotiating a deal .
Jack was so committed to making my experience as smooth and stress free as possible .
He supplied me with a lot of his contacts who were phenomenal.
Every time I had an issue or question he responded quickly and professionally.
He also pulled in Nas if the issue or question warranted and as a team they worked in sync to resolve everything and anything that came up.
I had a difficult real estate property that required extra and Jack made sure I had the best contact for every step of the real estate process .
My new home required some things that needed to be fixed and Jack didn’t stop until he got a resolve .
After the deal was done , Jack is so good at what he does he made sure to check in and gave me a beautiful basket with card , and was there to welcome me into my new home.
I will definitely be recommending Jack and the Nas group to my family and friends and will work with them again in the future .
Your in good hands if your working with Jack because he is honest , reliable and very efficient and ethical :)
