★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot House Pizza failed to follow the very simple instructions I provided - to write my name and location on the box. As a result, I never received my pizza - despite explaining over the phone, twice, why I needed these things written on my box, *and* included the information in the order itself. This was a complete waste of my $120. It would have taken no more than 10 second to follow the instructions on the order, but they couldn't even do that. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service resulting in the loss of my money and the pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza here is usually decent but I find it strange that some employees don't wear masks. Ya there's kind of a physical barrier there but it's the hot tray that has the pizza slices and they're breathing right on them. Time to find a nee place to go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hothouse is one of the best pizzerias in the city, Possibly the best anywhere! I'm currently salivating over their Zorba's Greek Veggy Pizza, as I write this. I've enjoy all of the varieties that they offer. You'll be greatly pleasedo yu ordered from them. Very friendly staff and great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their Hawwaiian pizza with gluten free crust. It is my go to pizza. Tried other types but that is definitely my favourite. Not a fan of the 5 cheese though. Also, every once in a while there isn’t enough sauce. Other then that my mouth is watering thinking about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their soy cheese is awesome. I like the crispy thin crust. Most other places have daiya mozarella and it's kind of flavourless and not great. Usually I go in for the 2 for $40 pick-up special. When I'm down there usually 2-3 people come in and get the 2 slices and a can of pop deal and I'm just thinking to myself... for twice the money you paid you could get a whole pizza... and you want pop there's a convenience store across the street where it's a bit cheaper usually. Their sauce isn't great. Kind of flavourless. They should get like a pizza hut's old world style or something. And I wouldn't mind if they got some kind of vegetarian meat. No pizza place has a decent veggie ham. Or Tofurky. Mmmm, that would be good.
