He was very good at developing a plan for us to view properties that met our needs. He was absolutely instrumental in finding our new home in Victoria. We would highly recommend Brent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I worked with Brent to buy our first home and the whole experience was so much FUN. Not only did he make the entire process feel effortless and stress-free, he was so patient with all of our questions as we really didn't know what we were doing. He took us to see quite a few different places and was very knowledgeable about the types of builds, areas, and history of the buildings we were looking at.
Anything we were interested in, he would go above and beyond to research the property give us honest facts and insights on whether he thought it was good value or not. He was never pushy and always gave us the time we needed to process information. When it came time to write up the contracts he was very strategic and prompt which helped us land our first home! He was very detail orientated and thoughtful with finishing touches once we 'closed' making it an experience we will never forget! We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend working with Brent!

I was able to put a down payment on the place and now I am already up big $$$ on it and it hasn't even been 4 months!! My wife and I are excited to move into our next place soon and will be using Riley again for when we get a house. Thanks Riley and Brent
