While Covid made looking at properties a bit trickier than normal, Niels made navigating the new rules and regulations an absolute breeze. He worked tirelessly to investigate and dig deeper into any questions that we had about a particular property and really "left no stone unturned" by providing critical details without us even asking. We really felt like we were his only clients as he maintained excellent prompt communication via phone, email and text. The market is a little crazy at the moment and we had a few offers in before getting "the house". Niels is not a pushy agent, he really takes the time to get to know his clients and what they need. This was especially important to us as we had a baby on the way at the time of searching. He's so dedicated and always answers questions quickly. Truly an expert in his field, and genuinely interested in his clients and finding out how they are doing, even after the sale. What a guy!
