★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Nadi Tree is a breath of fresh air in Trail!! I am not a 'fitness enthusiast' so typically don't enjoy group classes but Drea's classes are so much fun and she offers such a variety of classes for varying fitness levels and types. Highly recommend checking out The Nadi Tree :)
