★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Trail from NB for a few months to work, stumbled accross pride gym looking for activities and now I'm hooked. The classes and equipment are top notch and the teachers and class mates are even better. Very supportive environment, and lots of fun. I did both kick boxing and jiu jitsu, and they made the classes so interesting that Im going to stick with both when I move back to the east coast! Highly recommend!
