Had my alignment done from this shop and it was perfect, they made sure to test drive and make finer adjustments so that i don’t have to come in again A+ service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went it to see Bob for a small piece of exhaust tubing that I needed. He got one of his technicians, Brandon, to listen to my custom requests for the piece of exhaust. Since I did not have an appointment or a car tying up a hoist, I left expecting to come back the next day to pick up the part. Within an hour, I got a call from Brandon saying it was ready to pick up. I picked up the part and Brandon had followed the directions for the part exactly how I had asked. Upon pickup, Bob would not take any money for the small exhaust piece even though I offered to pay several times. As an Automotive Service Technician myself, I realize the cost of labour, hydro, rent, shop tools such as the pipe expander and chop saw, etc...Running an automotive repair facility is a lot more expensive than most people realize so I appreciate the gesture of goodwill even though a bill of approximately 0.3 hours for labour and $10 for the material would have been totally reasonable. Thanks Bob and Brandon at Mufflerman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience!! These people are fair, friendly, and, most importantly, honest. I had a rattling in the front end, and the tires needed to be balanced - they fixed those items for no charge. It's hard to find an honest and fair mechanic, so willing to drive the 20mins to this place. Defininely recommend!

The guy who was working on my car was very professional and was very respectful , asked me questions on my suspension . The car drives great now and is smooth . Thank you to the owner of this place . You guys did a great job !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service on my truck in 2019. The pipe they used rusted out in 3 years but it was a good price for the repair so I guess I can't complain. Went above and beyond. I had brought a pipe in to get welded in and it ended up being the wrong size completely. The manager said don't worry about it and charged my mother for labor and hardware.
