★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the job, has been okay after insurance claim took care of everything. It's been 3 week or more no issues with work. They broke my bug deflector, after a quick review of their photos they immediately recognized the issue and ordered a new one. It needs to be installed but they need the vehicle over night or more than 2 hours. Seems long for a bug deflector I installation, but at least they are fair enough not to fight customer over the damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Fix Auto for an insurance claim that was just minor body damage & cleaning. They had the truck for 30 days before it was finally completed and when we picked it up, a few things that were listed as completed and charged to the insurance company on the work order, where not actually completed. Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Fix auto Cambridge. They did an amazing job, and my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated being picked up at their shop by the rental car company and being able to leave the car at the shop when I picked up my car, saved a lot of running around.

Love that they've cleaned my car inside and out when my car was ready to be picked up. Thanks Fix Auto for everything you do. If ever I need you again you're the absolute ones I will trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should’ve been 5 star rating, they did a great finish product but I had to take it back a second time. Bill, the shop manager was great and agreed car shouldn’t have left the first time but they did a great job in fixing issues with no problems. I do recommend this shop.
