â â â â â Love this neighbourhood bar!! Great place to meet up with friends in the summer away from all the hype. At first they only had a little terrace which hardly got any sun. Covid summer 2021 they made a massive terrace on Saint Hubert side which looked awesome. Really nice ambiance with the lights hanging down and built in flower pots. One of my go toâs. Food is ok, pretty much like every other bar on the plateau. Drinks are good ! Waiting service could come around a bit more but leave you to your peace.

â â â â â First the guy at the bar was very rude customer service is not good at all. 1 hr to have a bottle of wine is not acceptable, which by the way we just never saw the colour of it. 4/7 received their drinks. The place was empty so this is not an excuse at all. we were supposed to eat there but we decided to leave. Not the serverâs fault she was perfect. But for sure i will never go back and all my friends either. We all have experiences in hospitality so we understand but this kind of behaviour should not be allowed.

â â â â â Visiting Montreal on a spontaneous trip with my partner and I am so happy I had the pleasure of visiting The Mtl Bistro + Bar. We were happily greeted by the bartender Maxime where he made very delicious drinks for us. I'f you're a gin fan I highly recommend the Anita drink!

â â â â â Drinks are okay (the cocktail was too sweet for my taste) but I came for the "Tuesday $1 oysters" promo with my friend. Overall great experience and service. We had a great time catching up and were able to have a conversation without speaking over each other (since bar music tend to be loud sometimes, you know?).

â â â â â Chill bar and bistro with a bit of a retro diner and disco club vibe going on... We went on a low key Tuesday night, and the single barman and the small crowd made it a relaxed experience. Cocktails are awesome, although pricier than other places. The "Anita" is their most popular cocktail and rightly so (get that if you're undecided), but if you like a bit of a spicier drink, get the "Florida". They have a good selection of beers and wines too.
