★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service qui permet de trouver efficacement ce qu'on recherche. On sent que le personnel s'y connaît en médecine naturelle. C'est rassurant en tant que client qui ne connaît pas forcément tout cela.
Very good service that allows you to efficiently find what you are looking for. We feel that the staff knows about natural medicine. It's reassuring as a customer who does not necessarily know all that.

Product in the flyer not available in their store! Nothing less! Without even a proposal to bring the article from where it is! Anyway. My suggestion: Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait au moins 15 ans que je vais chez Ki Santé et jusque là, j'étais plus que satisfaite de la qualité de leurs services.J'adore la naturopathe Ginette entre autre.
Alors que j'étais au téléphone et pratiquement seule dans le magasin, une vendeuse que je ne connaissais pas, est venue me demander d'arrêter de téléphoner d'un ton méprisant et infantilisant.
Lorsque je lui ai demandé pourquoi elle se permettait de me parler ainsi, elle m'a répondu que c'était impoli de téléphoner et que je devrais juste m'excuser et passer à autre chose, que je n'étais pas dans mon salon, que c'était un magasin, que j'allais ensuite lui reprocher de mal faire son travail, que j' allais certainement lui dire que mon appel était des plus urgent....Bref, c'était une scène totalement irréaliste.
Depuis quand est-il interdit de téléphoner dans un magasin ?
Même si le directeur de l'établissement s'est confondu en excuses et m'a affirmé que cela ne se reproduirait plus, que son comportement était inacceptable... selon moi, l'employé aurait dû être renvoyée.
J'ai l'intime conviction que le fait que cette vendeuse s'est autorisée à agir de cette façon là vis à vis de moi, n'est pas indifférent au fait que j'ai le type arabe.J'ai ressenti en effet un véritable mépris de sa part.
C'est inacceptable qu'en 2019, on puisse encore subir des discriminations à cause de notre apparence.
Ils ont perdu une excellente cliente .
I have been to Ki Santé for at least 15 years and until then I was more than satisfied with the quality of their services. I love naturopath Ginette among others.
While I was on the phone and virtually alone in the store, a salesgirl I did not know, came to ask me to stop calling in a scornful and infantilizing tone.
When I asked her why she allowed herself to talk to me that way, she said it was impolite to call and that I should just apologize and move on, that I was not in my living room, that it was a shop, that I was going to reproach him for doing his job badly, that I was going to tell him that my call was most urgent .... In short, it was a totally unrealistic scene.
Since when is it forbidden to call a store?
Even though the director of the institution apologized and told me that it would not happen again, that his behavior was unacceptable ... in my opinion, the employee should have been fired.
I have the deep conviction that the fact that this saleswoman is allowed to act in this way against me, is not indifferent to the fact that I have the Arab type. I felt indeed a real scorn on his part.
It is unacceptable that in 2019 we may still be discriminated against because of our appearance.
They lost an excellent client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that the owners are worried about Covid... so am I, which is why I was wearing a mask going in and rubbed my hands with disinfectant... so I walked in today and this shrill woman asked me what I wanted as if I were (1) plague-ridden and (2) bothering her. When I asked her if I could have a look at their natural beauty products, she said that everything was behind glass and she'd have to show me the products one by one. She acted as if this were a terrible imposition. I left. Lady... A few metres away there is Tau and Rachelle-Béry and they sell the SAME products and don't act as if customers who actually want to shop there are a bother. Another store ended up getting my $83 worth of products. Oh well.
Je peux comprendre que les propriétaires soient inquiets de la Covid--je le suis, moi aussi. Mais franchement... Je suis entrée avec un masque et j'ai bien disinfecté mes mains et une femme un peu hystérique m'a demandé ce que je voulais comme si (1) j'étais pestiférée et (2) je la dérangeais au lieu d'être une cliente. Je lui ai dit que je voulais voir leurs produits de beauté naturels et elle m'a dit que tous ces produits étaient "sous verre" et qu'elle devrait me les montrer un par un. En plus elle avait l'air ennuyée... Ecoute... à qques mètre de distance Tau et Rachelle-Béry vendent les mêmes produits et n'en font pas tout un plat... Je suis allée ailleurs dépenser 83$... Dommage, Ki.
