★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In June 2018, I bought two couches and a bed frame. The couches began pilling almost immediately and the pillows have already lost their form. Last night, when getting into bed, the wood rail broke and mattress fell through the frame. I also want to note that we paid extra for Bois et Cuir to have the bed professionally assembled. The manager's response was that the store would take no responsibility and for me to "try to fix it or glue it together." I am shocked at the lack of customer service and am very disappointed in the quality of the products that I've purchased. For a bed that retailed over $2000, I expected higher quality. From my experience, I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm putting 5 stars mainly because of the great customer service I got ! I unfortunately did not ask her name, but although I arrived last minute to pick up a table, she took the time to properly wrap it for me and was super friendly. I got a great price for a table that was worth 4x the price because it was the floor demo. I find everything in the store absolutely gorgeous but I do find it a bit pricey for maybe the quality ? I shall see how the table will do overtime !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought this nice small table, however the staff was ok when we arrived, but the manager (she) in question was VERY disrespectful after we made the purchase. She asked me the customer to go carry this heavy piece by myself upstairs on the 3rd floor back to my car. With no regard to my polite request for help (i.e. I was not a disgruntled customer). Still in shock that this is the service you get in a quality store such as this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should shop here if you enjoy feeling like you aren’t valued and enjoy no after sale service. Don’t expect their warranty to cover you, in fact if you try calling the number on their site, no one picks up half the time.
They do not offer any store pick up, so you either pay their overpriced shipping ($70) for smaller items or you have to drive to the boondocks to their warehouse to pick up your item yourself.
When I did that I arrived on the date I was told it would be ready for pickup and it was not ready. An hour wasted. The salesman lied to my face and said that he meant “it would be ready on that week”, even though he literally wrote the date of the pickup in the receipt, just so he could avoid taking the blame. Refused to offer to ship it when it arrived either, told me he’d be glad to refund me instead.
Well that’s why this store gets 1 star: he refunded me with no issues as the item didn’t make it to their warehouse yet. If I had waited one more day, he would have charged me a restocking fee.
Go elsewhere, their products are overpriced at most of them are awful looking. They aren’t Canadian made either, they are just a retailer for products made in India or Vietnam or China.
