★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took in 2 items. A stone needing a drilled hole and after examining wife’s gold ring, PROMISED to repair/rebuild it. Owner is very personable and sounds like he knows his stuff. We’ll never know. After multiple promises and 3 weeks He Still hadn’t touched them. Extremely disappointed

I stopped by on Monday around 4:30pm and the store was closed but the owner saw me outside and let me come in. He fixed my necklace on the spot. I live in Kamloops now but still prefer to have my items fixed here.
