Fantastic one-on-one training facility for all ranges of athletic ability - newbies, athletes, people dealing with injuries, etc. The trainers are educated and knowledgeable and work to create programming tailored to your specific needs.

A fantastic boutique work out facility. They have the best trainers in town! They are friendly, knowledgeable and focused on setting and helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. If you don’t care for noisy overcrowded gyms this is the place to be!

I've worked out with 5 of the trainers at Method, some of them for many years from a previous gym, and they are all extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about fitness. These people walk the walk when it comes to the movement, mechanics, growth, and operation of the human body. And they actually care about their clients. When they say "bespoke" personal training, they really mean it. This isn't the kind of place that shoves everyone into the same cookie-cutter program regardless of age or ability, and all are welcome. They really take the time to understand your goals and needs, and design a program specifically for you. And the they continually update and upgrade your programs to keep you progressing. If you need nutrition advice or body composition testing, the team here is also able to provide it. I've been training here for nearly 2 years, and in that time I suffered some fairly serious injuries unrelated to my training. They helped me with my rehabilitation work that improved my injuries beyond what physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment had done for me. I've also lost a lot of weight and gained strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. I notice it most in my day-to-day life, because I have energy to work, get things done at home, and play with my kids. I wouldn't train anywhere else.

I just did my first class today and was so impressed with the professionalism. I was nervous about going but the trainer told me to come early and walked me through each exercise so I felt much more comfortable going into the class. Randell, Danielle and Cress are the only ones I've met but they were all lovely and so knowledgeable. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace so it's very inviting for all fitness levels. The facility is also beautiful.

I have been going to Method for over three years, and it's been a great experience since the beginning. I've worked out with several of the trainers, and they are all knowledgeable and cater the sessions to your individual needs. They specifically design your work-outs to your fitness level, and they also track your performance so that any new programs are designed relative to past performance. They are also not rigid in their appointments and will accommodate a busy schedule. I have recommended Method many times in the past and will continue to do so!
