Alex was so understanding with all my concerns (colour matching and shape) she was very thorough and explained everything step by step we agreed on the perfect shade and shape! She made me comfortable the whole time and put up with all my nerves! Would highly highly recommend and I can't wait till next year for my yearly touch up! ( I want them done already!!) Also! I can't forget to mention her salon area is kept very clean and tidy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had over-plucked, thin eyebrows which never recovered from the 90's fad of having pencil-thin eyebrows. Alex was able to fix that and give me very natural looking brows. I don't wear makeup, so it was very important to me that my brows look natural. I am very happy with the results and have had very positive feedback from friends and family. 100% would recommend!

She gave me different options, suggested and explained what looked good and what to expect. She explained every single step she was doing. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She also never missed to message me to follow up how I’m doing and what not. I highly recommend her.
