★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS shouldn’t work with this Access point. Customer service is bad for UPS clients. The priority always for the pharmacy clients. Also Short hours Business operation make it not Convenience for UPS clients.

I been a 3 times there in 2 days and she didn’t help me at all.
Also i seen last time when i been there Unleashed dog ? INSIDE the pharmacy Touching me ( Have allergic) And Over count stuffs playing and she knows that. With COVID-19 i am not sure if there is a BIG CONCERN about Transferring the infection through the pet. I believed the pet shouldn’t be inside the pharmacy and unleashed.
This behaviour should take an action from the medicine Shoppe head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Pharmacy the owner is exceptionally caring, giving, and makes you feel like family. I have never gotten this service at a drug store before. She goes above and beyond in her services to make sure your happy. She's very welcoming and always has a smile. I was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago and She has this tiny super cute tiny puppy she has bought in a time or 2 , SUPER cute, so well behaved, I wanted to take her home haha would be nice if the pup was a regular thing because she truely bought a smile to my face. Everyone who came in while I was there was happy to see the pup. This is my pharmacy for life now no matter where I move in Edmonton, she is well worth driving for. She's way to good to me for me to ever leave. I would never get this service else where. I have recommended her to everyone I know. I don't know why anyone would speck bad about her, she is very friendly and a sweetheart. If you want someone who makes you feel like she is truly working for you, someone who will go above and beyond then this is where you need to be. I would be lost without this Pharmacist. I hope she knows how much I appreciate all she does for me and my family and I would be lost without her. She is truely the best pharmacy in and around Edmonton. Thank you Rosela (wrong spelling I'm sure sorry haha) for all you do for me.
