β β β β β The service here is just an abomination they have like 4 ppl in the store yet one of em is running a till with a line up of customers. I'd rather you drop the mop and let me pay for my bottle of water vs waiting 20min to quench my thirst. Get it together customer service means serve the customer

β β β β β I waited in front of the line for 3-4 minutes while the 3 female phillipino staff members waltzed about aimlessly behind the counter taking care of tasks such as running their hands through their hair, laughing amongst each other while speaking their language and glancing over periodically at me standing in line. When the lady behind me asked if I was waiting to pay I replied that I was waiting for service. This barely prompted one of the ladies to slowly walk to the till and look at me with a lazy sarcastic stare. I ordered my taquutos and asked for the bathroom key. She acted like I had killed her dog and I've never felt that type of animosity at a place that I was trying spend my money at. I will never return to this location and will consider taking a hiatus from seven eleven for a bit as it seems they don't need my money. Happened at 1:00pm on June 19, 2018

β β β β β Usually very good,went in today and got a ham,cheddar, egg breakfast sandwich, bottom was hard as a rock, and absolutely no Katchup in the store. Asked the new Canadian at the till for a refund, and sarcastically said he could not do that. Left the muffin on the counter. Last time I will walk in that store

Will still shop here though but not for Big Gulps, I'll just buy a bottle of the flavor I want.

β β β β β walked in and the cashier was sitting in the back corner of the store no where near the front to greet us, we ordered our slurpees paid, then the lid would not stay on the cup and kept spilling and i asked for another cup and was told i would have to pay the same amount for another slurpee for just a paper slurpee cup, quite stupid.

β β β β β I ordered nachos through skip with cheese and chilli sauce and I didnβt receive them, just the nachos so I called and asked what happen they said I had to add that request through the comments , but skip clearly has boxes for me to check off for both cheese and chilli. so the lack of customer service at this 711 is garbage train your employees better

β β β β β This 711 has got to be the worst ever!
You buy time on your cell, their machine is down. ALWAYS DOWN.
You buy slurpees and they taste old or cardboxy, meaning their machines don't get cleaned but just another flavor to overlap.
You purchase anything they never allow you enough time to put in your information for points.
You ask to redeem and they don't know what they are doing and charge you FULL PRICE!
One time an employee didn't know how to read a photo ID properly!!!
They always have scavengers at their doors begging for money, it's turned downhill.
I no longer go there but to the NEXT 711 close by. Anywhere but there TASTES BETTER, LOOKS CLEANER and has DEFINITELY BETTER SERVICE!!
