★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, delicious food, wife selection of beers. Happy hour specials between 8pm-11pm make it all that much better. Cool and innovative ordering process as well. Definitely going to be coming back
2) came back another time and definitely didn't disappoint. This is definitely a place where "the more, the merrier". The more people there are, the more items to share and try

Friday night late dinner at The Meat Up. Love the bright and clean environment. We were seated immediately after providing contact info. To see the menu scan QR. It's awesome to also order through the menu on your phone. Food came out quickly. We were provided paper plates and cups with a kettle of hot water.
My fave are as follows:
- ginger chicken: It was crispy and the sauce made it so delicious!
- shrimp: easy to eat with shell on
- beef balls: good flavour
- mantou bun: loved it!
The customer service was really good. We ended making a second order and it felt they didn't get the order as it was taking longer than expected. It did finally come out and the staff apologize for the wait.
I would come back and faves and new items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time here was a very nice treat. I loved all the meat skewers we ordered, especially the chicken gizzards and beef ligaments. The chicken skin was delicious! My favourite!! And the spicy skewer pot had a tongue-numbing peppercorn soup base for the meat, seaweed and black fungus skewers to soak up the flavours. We were the only occupied table in the place, but delivery people kept coming in and out for orders. One downer was the not-so-tasty sauce for the cold noodles. The other downer was the cost of the meal as skewers are priced individually; it all adds up. Overall, we enjoyed the food and experience, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold LiangPi noodles were drenched in peanut sauce ?? couldn’t really taste anything else ? skewers are well seasoned but not enough flavour ? the only order that we enjoyed was the wings. Would’ve given 2 stars, but one extra for the very good customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I ordered from here a couple nights ago through DoorDash and it was SO GOOD!!! We got the black pepper beef skewers, lamb skewers, and crazy spicy dumplings. All were an 11/10 and we’re literally in love with the food!! It was all deliciously flavourful and some of the best takeout food I’ve had. Also, their packaging that they had was super cute and their pricing was so reasonable for what we got (especially for Vancouver!)!! We’ll definitely be ordering again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Highly recommend. Very flavourful skewers and sharing plates. Love the enoki, lamb skewer, chicken skin, bread… and everything! Remember to grab beer or lemon slush to pair with the food!
