β β β β β Went here for lunch at work a couple months ago, FYI, I'll start with the good, but this is going to be a brutally honest review. Customer service was top notch, but the food was barely edible. Microwaved falafel on my platter had hockey puck like consistency. My friend had a lamb pita that was dry and flavourless, I take his word for it based on my meal. My other friend asked "why is there ketchup on my falafel platter?!" to which I replied: I don't believe its ketchup but it is pretty much pasta sauce. Everything was doused in nasty sauce! The salad would have been good if it didn't have too much dried oregano in it. The pita bread was stale, hard and chewy. I want this owner to re-evaluate if he would like to stay in the food industry, or overhaul the menu. 100% kitchen nightmare. :(

β β β β β I have been there a few times and the donair is ok .. not my fav but also not the worst in town .. its close o where i live so i might visit again if i really crave donairs

β β β β β Got a chicken plate. Both chicken and rice taste plain. Chicken literally tastes like boiled chicken. Rise could use both salt and spices. Ate 15% of the dish at most and tossed it in the garbage. I wouldn't even feed that place's food to a homeless person?
P.S. Staff acts like you came in to eat but you owe them money and haven't repaid in years. I'm surprised there are still places like this around Vancouver. This should be somewhere in Prince George or Edmonton. I wouldn't eat here for a 500$ payment.

β β β β β I'm surprised the ratings are not higher. I got the chicken "special" donair plate and it's amazing!!! The chicken is so flavorful and the sauces are sweet, creamy and spicy. The guy there said this was his secret off the menu version so immediately I felt special. Definitely recommend it.

β β β β β I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be good or at least consistently fine. Now the wraps taste like nothing, no seasoning (basic salt), the sauces didn't taste like anything at all. It's almost weird that it tastes so bland. Oh, they have also stopped using pickles (it's taped over on the sign).

Dry meat sitting in a subway style heater tray all day. I ordered the lamb wrap and the person behind me ordered beef... But the server took the meat from the same tray for both?? Wth.
To make the eating experience less pleasurable, he also left my wrap on the press for a reeaaaally long time while he tried to make everyone else's order. This caused it to fuse with the wrapper. Ugh.
