★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta is indeed fresh, soft, and delicious. However, I wish they were more generous with the sauces since I ordered takeaway and by the time I ate it, the pasta was drier and stuck together with little sauce. Perhaps they should toss the noodles in light olive oil or put more sauce to prevent this from happening? Other than that, the salmon cream was very yummy with nicely cooked salmon bits and creamy sauce. The pomodoro was tangy.
The tiramisu was quite small for costing 5 dollars but it was indeed fresh and absolutely delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Italian secret on the south end of Vancouver! Fresh homemade pasta, great sauces, you can add toppings, and the little cup of tiramisu, pretty special! Everything well priced, the staff is always great. Take out only, there are two little tables outside though. See for yourself!

I paid for extra chicken and didn't receive that.
The box of food is nearly empty.
No seasoning or salt.
Dull and boring
I wouldn't recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Skip. Was super disappointed at Skip the Dishes as they got our order mixed up but the owner was amazing. He made sure to keep is updated and he even gave us a complimentary dessert for the wait even though it wasn’t their fault. Amazing pasta. So flavourful and fresh. 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim to make the pasta from scratch and they have the machine. The place is very small (tiny) with couple of tables outside only. The concept is that you pick the pasta type, sauce and the ingredients. Everything is made fresh. However a bit pricey for the quantity and taste is mediocre. Good staff.

All 3 of our pasta were great. They were a bit short on the alfredo chicken so they offered me an extra portion of tiramisu. Both of which were excellent.
