★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment complex is infested with mice, the current care taker isn't great, and isn't response to rodent issues. This isn't our first time dealing with rodent issues.
Working from home for the past two years, I can count on one hand the times the common areas have been cleaned. If you complain about a neighbour dropping food off their balcony, the care taker asks you to address the issue. Have been having rodent issues AGAIN, and ignored and unaddressed with an issue requiring the involvement of property owners (AGAIN) and Vancouver Coastal Health and still the care taker is unresponsive. So, I am moving after living here for 13 years. If you want to see photos I will share!
