But the glass is nice
Employees are friendly and helpful
Lots of selections on vape juice
And I didn't know they also sell sex toys like bonus
I got a magnetic rolling tray with a lid and I guess it's a local artist that does them I might be wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for a new vape, and Lance took the time to research on his computer anything I needed, call the other store location for stock, and really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with what I bought. The markup can be a bit much here, but the great staff makes up for it.

Always tries to make it more of an experience then a sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! I was having a rough day, so boyfriend and i stopped in for a bit. We werent really looking for anything in particular, but Lance SERIOUSLY made our day so much better!!!! Will keep coming back just to have him make us laugh. Such a good time here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in not knowing what all I needed to help with passing a test.
Robin showed me all my options and even made sure to help the other customers while I read the boxes and such. She would always come back and check to see if I had any questions.
Once it slowed, she walked me through everything and got me all set up. When I got home I had a couple more questions and I called the store. Robin answered all of them with no hesitation.
Awesome service and I will definitely be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all the way to salmon arm with my newborn baby as I am a single mother. As it is illegal to leave your baby unattended in a vehicle and I have no partner to help me run errands, I came in with her in her car seat and was swiftly told "no minors" which is very stupid considering you see children in government liquor stores and privately owned ones all the time. I was offered that complete strangers who worked there would stand outside with her while her seat would be on the ground. Not sure how this is much better? Clearly these employees/owner haven't reproduced or they would understand how much effort it takes to take a newborn baby along for errands. Really didn't appreciate this treatment and thanks for providing me with a mid day mental breakdown because all I needed was some nicotine. Cause ya know, mother hood is hard sometimes. My entire family shops there and we will no longer be doing that. I have also informed all my mom friends of this treatment and they will not be spending their money here either.
