The older man working looked at me like I was a complete idiot, laughed at me and seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions. Don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but made me feel very stupid for coming in. Wouldn’t recommend, plenty of better places in SA with nicer staff who are happy to answer your Q’s.

V	Veronica Murcury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RANT to MATCHBOX In spring this year, i purchased over $100 of vape equipment, (with 20% tax!) from the matchbox, the woman there sold me a unit and several accessories to go with it, and i get home to find that none of the accessories match the unit, and said unit itself worked for about 5 minutes befor becoming a paperweight. Imagine my displeasure. I returned to the store for a refund, over which the woman refused to admit she sold me mismatched accessories and began to laboriously prove me wrong. I dont have time for this, i am becoming upset at the lack of culpability, and to diffuse the situation I hand over the bag of items, say, "ill come back when you have sorted this out and are prepared to refund me" . Then COVID. and the woman whim i was dealing with goes on leave or whatnot. When i try to speak to the owner, he doesn't know about my situation, and so I have to wait for this woman to be back at work. TODAY i see she is in the store so i go in, to resume the return I left in her hands, to which she dodderingly claims was refunded by her and that is the end of it. I am out over $100. I advise AGAINST shopping at the matchbox. Maybe I shouldnt have left the product with them, in the original bag, with the receipt, but I did NOT think that i would be robbed by a local business that i frequent. These are facts.

I had a few issues with a device I bought and these guys went extremely above and beyond to help me out despite the fact that I lost the receipt. Even replaced a defective part that I literally lost in the car on the way here. This is A+ customer service with A+ pricing. Worth the drive from Revelstoke! Will support these guys 100% for the rest of my year in BC Thanks again!!!
