★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids were so excited to go to Arc, but the last two times we very disappointing. Staff yelling at the kids (like screaming) and totally overwhelmed. Yelling at the kids & taking your technical frustration out on them is not acceptable. Systems not working correctly and kids really not able to play = frustrated staff and upset kids :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fun! Never done anything like this before, so didn't know what to expect. Took our 2 adult kids who also had a blast. You work as a team, and the graphics were so realistic. We will certainly be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a blast going to the Arc with friends. There are so many games to choose from. We played lots of the escape room games, and always had so much fun, the employees were always good to help whenever there was a technical difficulty. Would 100% go again
