★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our lawnmower broke down in late May. Unfortunately ever one in the city was visiting the Lawnmower Hospital that day too. We left that day and came back a few days later. The line was much shorter and we were given very helpful information and we purchased an Ego lawnmower. They put it together for us and we returned our broken one which they donate to schools for students to work on. Impressed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped our pressure washer off to get quoted for some work after agreeing to and paying the non-refundable $50 deposit. It took about a week for them to get back to us with a quote (which seemed a little long IMO), and the quote was horrendously expensive (over $400). We decided not to go through with any work, since we paid almost $100 less for the pressure washer in the first place. When we picked it up, even the service guy seemed shocked by how much we were quoted. I'm going to try to replace the carburetor myself, and we also bought a new, smaller pressure washer in the meantime. Part of me wonders if they quote a high number so that they can keep your deposit, but part of me also wants to believe in honest business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to leave a shout out to Denika! I brought in my snow blower for a new belt. She kept on top of the service order and got my snow blower back to me in 2 days. This is about 12 days sooner than another place in town told me it would take at their shop. I use my snow blower for a large condo complex and really appreciate the extra effort to get it back to me asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop for gear. Wide selection of products (even during covid) and friendly/knowledgeable staff to help you out. I wish they had a location in Spruce Grove as the competition here (if you can call it that) is not that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my lawn mower to The LawnMower Hospital for preventative maintenance was suppose to be 89.00 plus tax. BUT it took 2 1/2 weeks to do the maintenance then they charged me 126.00!! So much for the 89.00! They were suppose to clean my mower all they did was wipe it down! Didn’t even clean the shoot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just stopped at the lawn mower hospital to get a new chain saw. A young man named Mike helped me out today and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first power saw purchase and he made it a very easy experience and set me up with everything I need to start using my new saw. Thanks again Mike for staying the extra 15 minutes after closing to make sure I was good to go. Will definitely be back for maintenance and future repairs if needed.
