★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see that our cleaning lady and her 4 friends have given us a 1 rating. We hired her to clean our offices. She didn't show up for her first day and didn't call. Then she didn't show up for her second, or third or fourth. She never called. So she was let go and we hired someone else, which she and her friends believe deserves a 1 rating. Our new cleaner is doing a great job by the way. Very professional. I give her a five star rating for the job she does.
