c	carmel sahai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay! We paid extra for better room and we got a amazing room. Staff was great friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Only thing that we were not happy about was pricing on the food at the hotel very expensive! We were given a 150.00 to spend on food. 50 dollars a day. We used it our last night there I had duck my husband Elk and two dessert and 5 total of club soda and cranberry juice! It came to 150.00 with tip. We never spend that much on dinner and always have a app. The hiking trails were great and the sauna. Weight room was also nice. Loved the decor of the hotel.
S	Sue Bellavie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean, could have used a couple extra pillows & a throw blanket for the sofa. The front desk staff were friendly, but completely inefficient. Upon arrival, check in was confusing and inefficient & check out was a complete disaster! We stayed 2 nights and had 2 wonderful dinners at "The Velvet Restaurant". The front desk invoiced us twice for the first dinner, then on the second night we were charged for the tip we left our server (a cash tip) and were told it couldn't be changed, but they would refund our credit card. We weren't leaving until the issues were resolved and the clerk we were dealing with just walked away and told the other clerk to fix it. (We were not rude, just frustrated and wanted a resolution prior to leaving.) After 30 minutes they finally sorted it out & we recieved the proper invoice, however, then told...they already put the original invoice through on our card? and it might take a week to reimburse. We left there very unhappy with the front desk service. The restaurant...no in dining breakfast or lunch...the manager was accommodating our first night without reservations, however the Maitre-D was annoyed & rude. Easily forgotten, as the service both nights was top notch and the food was spectacular! Too bad our hotel stay took away from the entire experience.

D	Danielle West on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice resort and close to town. There isn't much to do around the hotel. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast or lunch, and when it was open for dinner we didn't have a good experience. Beds were really comfy, and the staff were really great.

Hotel was very clean, Velet Restaurant provided great service and quality food. Special gratitude to David the General Manager who helped out beyond expectation after hours
