Received all the wrong shirts and helmet(wrong colour, nbd) and was told I could ship back but that would have been costly on my end. Shirts are for work and the helmet is for my kid and serves its purpose so it’s not a big deal. Contacted them to see if I could add a pair of shoes to the order a couple days after my putting in my first order, as nothing had shipped yet, and they said it could be added for sure and they would just credit me for the extra $20 for shipping because it could just be added to the first order. I was never credited and when I contacted their fb site about the wrong order and already being out an extra $20 for shipping it was kind of just left at that. So I feel a little jilted after spending $250, being sent wrong items, and being told I’d be credited the $20 extra shipping cost, which didn’t happen. In store it’s great but online was a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this store 5 stars, because we were offered help so quickly, and then we were left to browse. Both of my kids made their very first debit card purchases here, they were so proud and the lady at the till was so patient with them. They showed off their new boots and hat all weekend!
If we are ever in the area again, we will for sure be returning!
