★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 minutes to make 5 spicy chicken tenderness, I was the only one in drive through...and at the 12 minute mark I asked for money back so it probably would have even been longer . There were 4 people working, the asshat that took my order looked like he forgets things a lot
