★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to stop at while in the 1000 islands. It's open to non members and offers a great view. Food is really good including lobster rolls and burgers which were both great. Also really good fries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for years. Finally have to downgrade the rating and question going back. The quality of the experience is down and prices are up. I'm happy to pay for 5 star prices for 5 star dining, but sadly our latest experience was not up to snuff. There aren't many choices for great dining in this area, but neither that nor covid is an excuse. I'll travel further to get the experience I want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot, BUT... we couldn't stay. VERY expensive ($20 glasses of wine) which is fine if it's justified. Ultimately it was the poor selection of gluten free "options" and knowledge of allergens that made us leave. Our party felt more like an inconvenience than anything, and were told the fryers "kill" all the gluten. Red flag. Extensive wine list but not a single cider option... in Ontario, where local ciders are abundant.
5 star location (bathrooms are crazy nice!) but 2 stars for the rest. Sorry.

I'm all for giving a local venue more than one try, but to be honest, 3 times in the space of several months where we were denied respectable service, and many phone calls regarding our concerns to the owners no less, (never answered or received a phone call back) and the latest faux pas, refused to sell us take out food at 4 pm in the afternoon - seriously disgusting! When most local restaurants are looking for local support, as you should be, you obviously don't need it. We will take our business elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad that under new owners this wonderful place has become mediocre. Insane prices for food that is just ok. Terrible service. Weird menu. I've never had anything but glowing things to say about The Ivy, but I'm mostly just sad I probably won't be back now. We will have to find a new family favorite. :(
