This Private Marina is located in the village of Ivy Lea, one mile west of the 1000 Islands Bridge, Dockage, Indoor Storage - All slips are modern floating steel tube structures with wood decking for powerboats up to 38'. Each slip has a separate 30 amp. hydro service and is in close proximity to fresh water. The Landing offers indoor winter storage in the new 22,000 sq. ft. storage buildings, as well as outdoor storage, with flexible haul and launch dates designed to suit your boating schedule. Whether you're a do it yourselfer or prefer to have them look after all your winter storage needs, they ensure a trouble free launch every spring. The customer club house has a lounge area with satellite TV, WiFi and modern, clean washrooms and shower facilities. Outside you will find a quiet shaded sitting area and large deck with propane BBQ's and picnic tables for your use.

This place is magic, take the tour, fish or just be there.

While The Landing at Ivy Lea is a beautiful spot for your boat, the new owners are the most unprofessional and untrustworthy business owners I have ever encountered. They cannot be trusted to repair your boat in a timely manner nor at a reasonable cost. I absolutely love this area and the other boaters we have met but I would never recommend the marina based on the new ownership. Buyer beware!!

Watch your wallets! Very beautiful place but new owners could use a lesson on customer service. She is rude and opinionated which did not enable me to relax while docked there. They would not consider lighting an entire dock, while there dock was very well lit. Very unsafe. They are not available on weekends (with a seasonal business) and if you approach them on a weekend, look out! My boat mysteriously had problems with it, because they don't allow outside help or contractors on their docks. if you can't fix it yourself, you had to pay them to fix it. My boat was being fixed at an alternate marina and I later learned that the owners boarded my boat, without my permission or knowledge, to see what the other marina was fixing. How did they track me and my boat down? If I asked or inquired about anything I was labelled a trouble maker. Limited resources are there for the boaters (patio tables, BBQ, firepit) while the owner uses all those amenities to babysit their children which takes away from their own customers. It's a shame because the location is phenomenal but I cannot justify spending that kind of money to be treated like an unwelcomed guest. The boaters there are outstanding but it's hard to enjoy when it comes at a great cost. Everybody their is there to relax and have fun but the owners treat people (their customers) like they are in the way of there family time.

Great family owned marina. Clean and accessible and super helpful residents. A wonderful community! ❤ Also has a cottage available for rent looking out over the river for those without a boat.
