★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this shop for command start at a good price and was told that i had two options for my car. First option was a one way with no key, second was a two way with a key installed. i called to book my appointment and asked for the first option. the person over the phone confirmed that it was one way with no key, so all seemed good. i drove across the city dropped my car off went back to work. i got a call around noon saying that its not possible for either way to be done without a key, and there was nothing they could do even if i were to grab my key and bring it to them, i would have to make another appointment. So i did that and when i took my car in this time with the key, i got a call back around noon again saying that it could not be done at all.

Took a month and a half to get my AC problems sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with and purchased many items through the House of Chrome since they have opened from floor matts, tonneau covers, car starters (I would only trust the House of Chrome or Advance Electronics to install a starter), led head lamps, polishing supplies, Webasto engine and coolant heaters etc. They are always polite and courteous and will search for answers if they don’t know. Even when they didn’t install a Webasto on a friends truck they assisted him to fix the problem he had.
I will be a returning customer!
