★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed the pool early due to “covid disinfecting.” When watching what disinfecting was, turned out to be putting the chairs back into place so staff could go home early. No explanation from management and no apology. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a fun pool experience with kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not impressed with our stay at this hotel. We requested for joint rooms did not get, then when we got to our rooms they were disgusting. Hair in the bed sheets dried up noodles on the carpet and carpet was very sticky too. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. After I informed the manager she only gave us 13$ off on one room only. Kids enjoyed the pool but over all not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the deluxe Queen room which was spacious, even with a cot for our youngest. Comfortable bed. Kids loved the waterslide (16,14,10 years old). Pool is quite small though, but nice beach entry and small slides for the little kids. Server in restaurant was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a deluxe suit. For paying $300 a night you'd think the floor boards and tiles would be in good shape but nope. The hallway smelt like someone peed assuming it was a kid as we heard some running around. Service was pretty rude waited 5 or so minutes to be helped but decided to just leave it. When we checked in the lady didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all. If you want luxurious don't go here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was really good, and the staff were very accommodating. I was really happy with how they handled an issue that arose where, one of the rooms we had booked, the key card didn't work and the lock turned out to be broken, and they were able to resolve the issue by simply giving us a different room. I was especially happy that they were able to give us a different room that was still on the same floor. Additionally, I was happy that they were able to give us a later check-in time since we got stranded in Winnipeg and were unable to leave town that night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are excellent and go out of their way to make sure you're having an excellent stay.
The pool is perfect for kids as we solely booked for that purpose for our 4 year old daughter.
Some rooms are noisier than others, the ones kids would be in (while we have a kiddo, she's pretty quiet in comparison to some kids we've heard here so if you're sensitive to noise just ask the front staff when checking in for a quiter area room.
Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly service from all hotel, bar and restaurant staff. Love the water slide that doesn't go into the pool. No accidents with swimmers that way. Spacious clean rooms, security floors, and smiling staff.
Dealing with COVID restrictions as best as they can. (Restrictions are not something they control but they must enforce them.) Remember that when you forget your vaccination card in your room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fun!!! Amazing staff. We had a pool side room which was great but it unavoidably smelled like chlorine. Maybe an extra air purifier in the pool side rooms would help? My kids had a blast! Would definitely recommend.
