★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice client service but bad experience in delivery or online order. I asked for concrete to be delivered , the order was late and the transportation company asked me to pay 1500$ for delivery only for staff that costs 500$, after I talked with client service they canceled the order and made another order that came 3 days later.
I dealt with Window and Door department and that was the worst experience, the doors came wrong and was reordered, the second time took much more than expected and came wrong again. I was asking about status they just say we do not know! I had no help from the technician of the Window and Door department but just repeating it is because of COVID and nothing can be done!!
Home Depot, If you are going to take something from the store, the people are very helpful and do their best to serve you... If something need to be delivered I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the service provided. I have been a loyal customer to Home Depot for many years and have spend thousands of dollars in their stores. About two weeks ago I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from them and have had nothing but problems with it. When calling Home Depot they basically washed their hands of it and told me to contact Frigidaire. I contacted Frigidaire and they told me to contact Electrolux which I have had no luck getting through with. So I have had to throw away all my food that I had prepared for when my son was born a week ago and I am stuck buying takeout until I get this problem resolved. If you want good customer service I would not recommend buying appliances from Home Depot. All this after already waiting over a month with delays to get this refrigerator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most recent visit I asked one question to a lady who seemed to be a manager and she looked as if I had insulted her to no end, this poor woman was the most unprofessional person, if you are unable to work due to a personal reason perhaps take the day off and don’t push your bad day on everyone else…. I asked if they sold springs for a kitchen appliances and showed her what I was looking for, a polite response would have been welcomed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was bad enough that we made our purchase elsewhere. Salespeople in general ignored us and those that did respond, after we made initial contact, were less than helpful bordering on rude. We have recently moved back to Quebec from Ontario and I spent a significant amount of time and "money" at Home Depot there. I do not believe the same thing will be occurring here.

Lovely!
Next time I will save the drive and just order from Amazon and get it delivered the next day. Us too can cut cost.
