★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of pressure on selling you their protection plans and add-on warranties which always makes online shopping more attractive to me because you don't get that annoying conversation (as much for you as for the clerk that repeats it all day) but the convenience of dropping by and just picking up something I'm looking for at usually the same price as online sources makes it a good place to have around and I like to encourage them when I can.
