★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il m’on vendu 2 portes coulissante qui était déjà percé,donc il me suggère des poignées qui vont dans les trous déjà fait ,j’ai acheté tous ça , donc j installe les portes dans les cadres qui coulisse dans le mur ,je peinture tout ça 2 couches ont est rendu à l installation des poignées,pour terminer le chantier ,ça ne fonctionne pas ,le penne(latch) a pas la longueur du trou percé, j appelle au magasin , je lui explique ça ,si il avait le latch de bonne longueur,réponse!!! Ça fait des années qu’on vend ça et on n’a pas de trouble ? Je Check ça , je lui dit tu vas rappeler qui ,t’a pas mon no de tel, je lui donne ,après 2 jours je le rappelle ,il dit c pas nous autre qui a percé la porte ,bla,bla,bla,il a rien de leur faute ,mais il ma vendu le kit , finalement il m offre de rapporter les portes et dans commander d autre ,à plus cher et que j aurai dans 2 semaines , Vérifier avant d acheter,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté un total de 10 portes; une pliante, une coulissante et les autres chambres ou garde-robe. J'ai décidé de leur faire faire les boites, et machiner les portes. Tous les trous de poignées étaient mal percés, je devais forcer mes poignées pour qu'elles rentrent. Une fois la boite de porte installée, au niveau et d'équerre, les pentures ne s'alignaient pas, je devais slaquer les vis d'une penture pour pouvoir mettre les gonds, et ensuite resserrer mes vis. Et la plaque dans la boite, pour le penne, n'était pas non plus machiné correctement. Elle était toujours trop haute. Il m'ont vendu une porte avec des défauts dedans, j'ai dû retourner pour l'échanger et ils n'ont pas voulu compenser pour l'essence. La plupart des portes avaient des défauts, que je pouvais corriger puisque je travaille le bois. Première et dernière fois que je vais là. La prochaine fois, je vais trouver un autre endroit.
