★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoir su on auraient jamais acheté de Profenex, mal installé, la tuile de la salle de bain et cuisine endommagé, moustiquaires qu'on peut pas bien voir dehors,un scellant pas écologique ma conjointe a été malade une senteur insupportable. J'ai contacté la compagnie le représentant plus intéressé a défendre l'installateur que nous aider en plus l'installateur a eu l'audace de poser sa pancarte publicitaire sur notre terrain sans notre permission. la dernière fois plus jamais, très déçu.

Pour débuter notre magasinage, vu que nous voulions comparer les prix de nos fenêtres et nos portes, nous avons été chez Profenex sur le boulevard industriel à Sherbrooke. L'accueille à été superbe, nous avons été accueilli avec un grand sourire et la personne à l'accueil nous a indiqué où ce trouvais les châssis à battant qu'on voulait regarder en plus de nous apporter des catalogues de vitraux de portes d'entrée. La salle de montre était propre et bien organisé! Peu de temps après, nous avons été servis avec un vendeur. Respectueux et courtois, le vendeur nous expliqua le produit en nous mettant aucune pression. Il prenait son temps et cela nous a plus énormément. Après cette visite, nous avons fait le tour des autres magasins de porte et fenêtre du coin et nous avons décidé de travailler avec Profenex.
La suite des choses s'est très bien passé. Un mesureur est venu a la maison pour prendre les mesures. Je peux vous dire qu'il connaît très bien son affaire. Il a été extrêmement gentil avec nous! Pour finir, les produits sont très bien fait et de bonne qualités!
Côté service à la clientèle, nous avons eu recours à ce service pour changer une vitre thermos sur une de nos fenêtres à battant! Après un coup de fil, nous avons reçu un technicien qui a changé la vitre (service très rapide)

I bought doors and windows with my wife in November. To begin our shopping, because we wanted to compare the prices of our windows and our doors, we went to Profenex on the industrial boulevard in Sherbrooke. The host was superb, we were greeted with a big smile and the person at the reception told us where it found the beating frames we wanted to look in addition to bringing us catalogs of stained glass doors. Entrance. The showroom was clean and well organized! Shortly after, we were served with a salesman. Respectful and courteous, the seller explained the product by putting us under no pressure. He took his time and it gave us a lot more. After this visit, we toured the other door and window stores in the area and decided to work with Profenex.
The following things went very well. A measurer came to the house to take measurements. I can tell you that he knows his business very well. He was extremely kind to us! Finally, the products are very well made and of good quality!
On the customer service side, we used this service to change a thermo window on one of our casement windows! After a phone call, we received a technician who changed the glass (very fast service)
Very satisfied with the service received by this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait changé toutes les fenetres de la maison il y a environ 15 ans. Toutes les fenetres à guillotine ouvrent dans le mauvais sens (Ils ont avoué leurs erreurs seulement quand l''installation à été terminé). La finition des cadrages de fenêtre à l'intérieur très mal fait. Après un an, les coupes vents en caoutchouc blanc à l'extérieur on changé de couleur (sont devenu rose). On a appelé pour leur expliquer la situation. Il nous on répondu que le problème venait de chez nous qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Ils ne sont jamais venu voir le problème. Après 10 ans presque toutes nos fenêtres ont vu apparaître un nuage de brume dans le thermos. Nous ne recommandons pas cette compagnie. installation pourri et service après vente inexistant.

After 10 years almost all of our windows have seen a cloud of mist appear in the thermos. We do not recommend this company. rotten installation and non-existent after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service client DÉSOLANT!!! J’ai recu des portes endommagés… m’ont envoyé une pièce pour que j’en répare une à mes frais. L’autre ensemble tout pocké , graffigné et plié tout le tour… sont venu la chercher pour la réparer.. me l’ont renvoyé sans porte de screen… après 5-6 suivi sur 5 mois ils l’ont recu mais veulent pas me la livrer… ils ont plus de livreur… m’obligent à venir la chercher moi même à Sherbrooke!!!
Ya juste Brigitte qui a de l’allure dans cette compagnie là… les autres se fouttent de toi, te rappellent pas… même LES boss!

SORRY customer service!!! I received damaged doors… sent me a part to repair one at my expense. The other set all pocked, scratched and folded all around... came to get it to fix it... sent it back to me without a screen door... after 5-6 follow-up over 5 months they received it but don't want me deliver it…they don't have delivery people anymore…force me to pick it up myself in Sherbrooke!!!
There's just Brigitte who looks good in this company… the others don't care about you, don't call you back… even THE bosses!
DISGUSTING customer experience that makes me look bad next to mine. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait affaire avec monsieur Louis Blais en juin 2021 pour l'évaluation de mes fenêtres. Je changeais toutes mes fenêtres et portes. Service impeccable. Il prend le temps d'écouter nos besoins et de nous expliquer en détails les différentes options. L'installation a été faite par une équipe du tonnerre, Gilles et Daniel. Ils ont travaillés comme si c'était leur maison. Par la suite, j'ai eu un problème avec la porte patio et Michel m'a pris en charge et j'ai senti qu'on s'occupait de moi. Donc, je recommande cette compagnie qui vient d'ici à 1000%. Merci également à Christina d'avoir acquiescé à mes demandes au niveau des factures. Merci à vous tous.

I did business with Mr. Louis Blais in June 2021 for the evaluation of my windows. I changed all my windows and doors. Impeccable service. He takes the time to listen to our needs and explain the different options in detail. The installation was done by an amazing team, Gilles and Daniel. They worked as if it was their home. Afterwards, I had a problem with the patio door and Michel took care of me and I felt taken care of. So, I recommend this company that comes from here 1000%. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a while since we built, biggest mistake was buying our French doors here. The screen doesn't even fit and the door lets all the flies come right in. They came to" fix" it when we called but did nothing. Luckily we bought our window's elsewhere.
