 $600 including a $150 fee to pick up 3 pieces of plastic is exaggerating or even abusive for a tow of less than 10km.

2 pneus +un remorquage 475$ très déçu
Incompetent driver punctured my tire with his hook. I had to be towed to the garage. Changed two tires and paid all the costs
2 tires + a tow $475 very disappointed

Every time the Sherbrooke police call on towing from Estrie, the guys work in the cellar...they use our personal belongings, break your car while working in cabochon...no respect really...

The worst towing service, no respect for their customer. Don't pay attention and they break my car and don't want to answer my calls. AVOID THIS THIEF AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL REGRET HIM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma voiture a été saisie par la police et c'est Remorquage de l'Estrie qui était en charge du remorquage. Quand j'ai pu récupérer ma voiture, il manquait des Électroniques (2 Speaker Bluetooth de valeur de +500$) qui étaients dans le coffre arrière, cachées sous une couverte noire. La personne a dû chercher pour les trouver. Non seulement est-ce que le prix de remorquage est du VOL, mais ils VOLENT vos effets personnels.
My car was seized by the police and Remorquage de l'Estrie was in charge of the towing. When I was able to get my car back, some Electronics were missing (2 Bluetooth Speakers worth +500$) which were in the trunk, hidden under a black cover. The person had to search to find them. Not only is the price of towing theft, but they are STEALING your belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle surprise ce matin! Un flat avec le spare coincé sous le véhicule dans la grosse neige. Le service à très bien commencé au téléphone avec une dame très sympathique. Quand le chauffeur est arrivé rapidement à la garderie ou j'étais, le niveau de satisfaction à monté à 100%. Les enfants étaient dehors et il a été plus que sympathique avec les enfants. Un remorqueur avec le coeur à la bonne place. Un énorme merci d'avoir rendu ce pépin en moment positif.
Nice surprise this morning! A flat with the spare stuck under the vehicle in heavy snow. The service started very well on the phone with a very friendly lady. When the driver quickly arrived at the daycare where I was, the level of satisfaction rose to 100%. The children were outside and he was more than friendly with the children. A tugboat with the heart in the right place. A huge thank you for making this glitch in a positive moment.
