Toujours besoin de rappeler plusieurs fois à chaque année avant qu'ils répondent à ma demande. Redo brick joints every year for 7 years, NEVER ADDRESSED PROBLEM. Always need to call back several times each year before they respond to my request.

Bien beau quand tu achètes et après arrange toi. Very ordinary after-sales service. Several calls and no return. After holding our end to talk to someone, nothing to do, zero service. Very nice when you buy and after arrange you.

Les demandes de réparations se font via courriel donc il faut être patient. Average construction after sales service zero zero zero. They give the work under contract and so you wait for a repair. Repair requests are made via email so you have to be patient.

Le rapport qualité-prix est bon. J’adore ma maison? They have house models large enough to meet the needs of a large family. Well divided rooms, good house quality and beautiful finish. The price-performance ratio is good. I love my house?
G	Guillaume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction moyenne, tout les matériaux sont bon marché meme le reservoir d'eau chaude, gros probleme disolation, beaucoup de givres dans les vitres durant l'hiver, etc... Nous on a habité pendant 5 ans dans un de leur jumeler et ces les probleme majeur que j'ai constater. Meme l'inspecteur en batiment durant la vente ma dit que ces une maison de qualité tre moyenne Average construction, all materials are cheap even the hot water tank, big insulation problem, a lot of frost in the windows during the winter, etc ... We lived for 5 years in one of their twin and these the major problem that I noticed. Even the building inspector during the sale told me that this is an average quality house.

L’or de la vente de notre première maison l’inspecteur de l’acheteur a fait son rapport et rien à dire de mauvais à part d’une petite fissure normal sur le béton.Ils sont très réactif à nos messages, que ce soit par mail ou téléphone. Nous avons même visiter 3 fois la maison pour être bien sur de notre choix et à chaque fois nous avons pas eu l’impression de déranger, une bonne équipe à l’écoute de nos besoins! We are very satisfied owners, we have just bought our 2nd Belleau house and nothing to say except that we love it! The gold from the sale of our first home the buyer's inspector made his report and nothing bad to say except for a small normal crack on the concrete. They are very responsive to our messages, whether by email or telephone. We even visited the house 3 times to be sure of our choice and each time we did not have the impression of disturbing, a good team attentive to our needs!
