★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a toujours acheté là et on a toujours eu du bon service jusqu'à ce qu'on tombe sur une vendeuse incompétente, arrogante et qui nous ment en pleine face. Plus jamais on n'y retournera.
We always bought there and we always had good service until we ran into an incompetent, arrogant saleswoman who lies to us in the face. We will never go back there again.

I was really well served! I had a very small order with very specific needs and David took the time to show me several products until I was 100% satisfied.

Je m'intéresse aux tapis de laine, et me répond que ce sont les gens de Rock Forest qui achètent ça, sous entendant que je n'ai pas les revenus et que je dois me contenter de son tapis cheap. Lorsque je lui demande une alternative naturelle aux tapis d'entrée en caoutchouc, il me répond bête en disant que le plus durable est d'acheter son tapis cheap et de le garder 10 ans. Je lui réponds que je me préoccupe de la santé humaine. Il s'en fout. Je lui dit que je ne suis pas au bon endroit pour mes besoins. Son collègue a tout fait pour rattraper la situation. Ça n'a pas de bon sens de traiter les gens ainsi, en se fiant sur ses préjugés et en se basant sur des apparences. J'avais les moyens d'acheter son tapis de laine si on trouvait une solution, mais c'est clair que je vais aller acheter ailleurs. Triez vos employés de manière à ce qu'ils respectent les clients, quelle que soit leur apparence et leurs besoins.

Notre merveilleux vendeur, Mathieu, a été à notre écoute et a compris rapidement nos besoins.
Nous sommes retournés pour une autre pièce et il a également su nous donner d'excellents conseils pour celui-ci, car nous n'avions pas d'idée cette fois.
De plus, ils ont beaucoup de choix comparativement aux grandes surfaces et leur prix est vraiment excellent.
Seul bémol, il ne tienne pas leur promesse quand aux heures de livraison. On a dû perdre une journée de travail, car il nous avait cédulé en am mais n’ont livré quand pm. (On a su que c’était à l’interne l’erreur)
Several positive points but one negative:
Our wonderful salesman, Mathieu, listened to us and quickly understood our needs.
We went back to another room and he also gave us great tips for this one because we had no idea this time.
In addition, they have many choices compared to supermarkets and their price is really excellent.
Only downside, it does not keep their promise when delivery time. We had to lose a day of work because he had booked us in am but did not deliver when pm. (We knew it was the mistake internally)
