Le dévouement et l'empathie des travailleurs y est inspirante.

Reception of homeless people; accommodation for social reintegration; food aid for disadvantaged people; flea market (on Wellington Street).
The dedication and empathy of the workers is inspiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueuil très ordianaire, caissière très vulgaire et impolie avec les clients. Nous somme repartis sans rien acheter après s'avoir fait sacré après par la caissière car nous avons accroché un téléviseur. Je travaille chez estrie aide et je suis surprise du manque de chaleur humaine dans cet établissement qui est pourtant similaire a mon lieux de travail mais tellement différent coté service. Je n'y retournerai plus.
Very ordinary welcome, very vulgar and rude cashier with customers. We left without buying anything after having been sacred afterwards by the cashier because we hung a television set. I work at estrie aide and I am surprised at the lack of human warmth in this establishment, which is nevertheless similar to my workplace but so different from the service side. I will not stay there again.
